A clear weakly acidic liquid, 100% pure hydrosol. It has a balancing and flavour enhancing effect in cooking. The flavour is different to that associated with cooking fresh or dry rosemary as it has been distilled. It pairs well with:

Citrus, apple, berries, pumpkin, potatoes, lamb, chicken, in baking, and in ice-cream.

Botanical name: Salivia rosmarinus ( previously Rosmarinus officinalis)

Origin: Organically grown in South Gippsland, Australia.

Extraction: Steam distilled in small batches, in copper.

Applications: In cooking, the properties of the rosemary are said to be good for digestion and for supporting good liver function.

It is sugar free, alcohol and preservative free.
