A deep green liquid,100% pure hydrosol. It is refreshing and cleansing. Use in water or sparkling water as a sugar and alcohol-free fdrink. Can also be used to flavour, gin, and create your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails.
Botanical name: Salivia rosmarinus (previously Rosmarinus officinalis)
Origin: Organically grown in South Gippsland, Australia.
Extraction: Steam distilled in small batches, in copper.
Applications: The properties of the rosemary are said to be good for digestion and for supporting good liver function. This is a refreshing uplifting drink ideal for increasing hydration through daily water consumption.
Sugar and alcohol free.  Note the elixir contains less than 1% Queen’s Food Colouring which does have a small amount of preservative in it.
